What is the pace?

We have runners of all paces that attend. Whether you are running 7-8 minutes per mile, or 11-12, there will be people similar to your speed.

What if I can't run the entire route?

Come out and run as much as you'd like! We have quite a few runners that run more or less than the planned route. It's more about showing up and having a good time than the distance!

How do I join?

Just show up! We have two runs each week and would love to see you there.

Post run plans?

Join us after for drinks or coffee to cool down.

Do you worry about the community becoming too big?

The more the merrier, especially when you're looking to better yourself with like-minded people. We do our best to push people to make new connections rather than just chat with who they came with.
